• The scroll has been improved to increase solids handling, resulting in higher flow rates.
• Higher flow rates lower the power consumption of the centrifuge (kW per gpm), resulting in lower operation and maintenance costs.

A typical dewatering system will include:

• A high performance centrisys centrifuge
• Feed pump
• Polymer make up system
• Cake transport system (screw conveyor or cake pump)
• System control panel

These components are installed on a common skid or trailer. The only connections required are feed, power and liquid discharge. All the inter-connective piping and electrical connections have been assembled and pre tested at the factory.

Typical time for setup of a system is 1-4 hours from the arrival on-site.
