	Underdrain Systems

	Monolithic Corrugated Panel Filter Introducing a Monolithic Filter Floor using corrugated formwork panels supported by dwarf walls. This design provides a stronger filter floor than the flat panel designs and is much easier to install. The 3'-3" x 3'-3" panels are constructed of glass reinforced cement (GRC and can be readily cut where needed without loss of strength and rigidity. Nozzle densities of 2,25 or 4.0 per square foot are standard.



	Monolithic Flat Panel Filter Floor Orthos offers GRC flat panels that rest on 6" plastic piers. The floor is then reinforced with steel tied to starter bars that are positioned inside the piers. The lightweight GRC panels can be positioned by hand on the piers and leveled to +/-.125" using stainless steel shims. As the floor is cast, the piers fill with concrete forming a complete structure.
